What areas do you serve?
Highline is based in Somerset and generally serves properties within approximately 90 miles, including Lexington, Danville, London, Corbin, Russell Springs, Monticello and Burnside. Availability can depend on project size and scheduling.
Do you work on residential and commercial properties?
Yes. We estimate residential driveways and private lanes as well as parking lots, apartments, churches, retail centers, offices and other commercial properties.
How do I request an estimate?

When is the best time to sealcoat?
Sealcoating requires appropriate pavement and air temperatures, a dry surface and a suitable forecast. Scheduling is adjusted around the product requirements and site conditions.
How long before I can drive on new sealer?
Curing varies with temperature, humidity, shade and the project. We give site-specific reopening instructions after application.
Does sealcoating repair potholes or alligator cracking?
No. Sealcoating protects a sound surface but does not rebuild failed pavement. Potholes, soft areas and structural cracking should be evaluated for repair first.
Should cracks be filled before sealcoating?
Suitable cracks are generally treated before sealcoating. Hairline or structurally failed cracks may require a different recommendation.
What parking lot markings can you paint?
Services can include standard stalls, accessible spaces and access aisles, fire lanes, arrows, crosswalks, stop bars, curbs, loading areas and stencils.
Can commercial work be completed in phases?
Often, yes. Phasing depends on the layout, available entrances, the work being performed, curing and safe traffic movement.
Do you offer a workmanship warranty?
Highline offers a 12-month workmanship warranty. The estimate and project conditions explain the scope and any service-specific limitations.
